1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of A & R Cleaning Services ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Cleaning Services and Estimates
All estimates provided online, by phone, or in person are based on client-provided representations of property condition, square footage, and scope. If upon arrival property condition differs materially from what was described, A & R reserves the right to adjust scope or quote accordingly before commencing work.
3. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
We take pride in our work. If any cleaned area does not meet your reasonable expectations, you must notify A & R within twenty-four (24) hours of service completion. A & R will return to reclean the unsatisfactory area at no additional charge. Refunds are not issued prior to allowing A & R the opportunity to reclean.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least twenty-four (24) hours advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to reassign our cleaning crew to other local clients.
5. Limitation of Liability
A & R is fully licensed and insured. Clients must secure or notify staff of extremely delicate, irreplaceable, or antique heirlooms prior to cleaning. To the maximum extent permitted by North Carolina law, A & R’s liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
